Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Dianna. I’m not sure which exchange list you have, but bananas are listed in “Fruit” section of this one: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists/. Each 1/2 banana is a fruit exchange.

DiannasmithMemberOk let me explain again. When your menu is showing breakfast carb protein fruit option if I try to change my fruit option to another fruit. I hi light and a list of exchanges comes up. When I look on this list it has everything except bananas

Ossie-SharonMemberSorry about the confusion, Dianna. If you selected “Low Sugar” in your profile, banana may not come up (because each fruit has twice the sugar of other fruits). If you want bananas, just swap them in – one for each 2 fruit exchanges, or 2 carbs, whatever works for you.

trentsherry96MemberI would love to have a place to put in what I eat for each meal, instead of having a menu. If I knew how many proteins, carbs, etc I could have then that would be helpful. I would like to type what I eat and have it tell me how healthy it was. Does that exist on this website?

DiannasmithMemberThanks Ossie Sharon I’m not LC but no worries. A couple of days a week my menu actually gives me a whole banana that might be why.

alsancheMemberHow do I know how many daily calories I am consuming on my menu???

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, alsanche. This program doesn’t work with calories, but rather focuses on meeting your nutritional needs. Are you currently using the Express Meal Plans (ready-made, for 14 or 21 days) or the Menu Planner application?
