I would like to have a fruit yogurt after my dinner (made with fat free natural yogurt and half a cup of chopped strawberries). One fruit is 15g carb, the same as 1 carb, but the meal planner steers me toward fruit in the morning and carbs in the evening. Can I swap 1 carb and 1 protein of my dinner for the yogurt, or is there a reason why I should not get my carbs from fruit in the evening?
Hi, MichelleLee. Yogurt is an excellent choice before bed, and the combination with fruit makes it even better. You absolutely can move the fruit to have it in the yogurt.
