OK, we are told that fruit juice from concentrate is rubbish, but no mention of the 100 percent genuine article. Is that also on the black list?
Hi Bondyboy1940, I don’t think it is exactly on the black list. The main thing is to read the ingredient label, make sure it is what it says it is, and watch the amount of sugar/carbs you are taking in from it. You should be able to excahnge a glass here and there for a fruit on your menu. But I wouldn’t do it too often, as there is nothing as good for you as eating the real thing.
Hope this helps,
Doryss
