Why are bananas not on the fruit list?
Hi, Karolyn. If you chose the low-sugar route, bananas don’t appear, as they are one of the more concentrated fruits. If they are a favorite of yours, you can swap them in, but remember that 1/2 banana is equal to a fruit serving.
Banana’s Is it a fruit to “avoid”, or a Superfruit ? I see their is a contradiction, very early on. Please clarify
Hi, Malcy. It is considered a superfood, for sure. Because it is concentrated in sugars, 1/2 is considered a serving (instead of a single pear or 2 plums).
