KenacottoMemberI notice this plan suggests alot of fruits. Fruits have suga in it, is it okay to eat this much? They don’t give you other options and you cannot delete it.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Kenacotto. The menus only have about 2-3 servings per day of fruits – no worries, the carbohydrates are all calculated accordingly.

KenacottoMemberIt says I can eat 1cup blueberries and 2 cups watermelon. That is smart? My mom lost 60lbs changing to healthy eating. She ate watermelon daily. It has fiber and water and fills u up

kemason2610MemberHi Ossis-Sharon. Are there any fruits that you consider free foods that I can eat or not s it better to include all fruit in the menus

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, kemason2610. Only cucumber is low enough in sugar to be able to be used as “free.” Among the sweet fruits, cantaloupe and raspberries are lower in sugar than others, and you can have more than others (i.e., 1.5 cups instead of 1 cup) – so you can use that 1/2 cup as a “free” snack.
