i have found the list of unlimited veggies but how about fruits? we live in the strawberry capital of florida and would love to take advantage of them and other fruits that are common here. so far, i have not yet found a fruit list that tells me if i can chow down on any. also wondering about fresh squeezed fruit juices. we have a juicer that allows full pulp for oranges and grapefruit. we always use it totally open to get the most out of it. is it ok and if so, what is a serving?
hoping for a quick reply. the diet starts as soon as i can find all the ingredients i need for what looks like wonderful recipes.
Because of the sugar content in fruits, most of those we consider fruits are not free. Technically, zucchini and cucumber are fruits (and free), but that probably is not what you are looking for.
thanks! i did worry about the sugars but was keeping my hopes up. we will stick within the limits.
