I just joined and I am setting up my meal plan. However; I am not a fruit eater (I eat very little to no fruit), but I notice that fruit is part of 3 of the meals. Is there anyway to substitute vegetables for the fruit? I love and eat a lot of raw veggies.
Hi, ashleeruddell, and welcome! You absolutely can have vegetables instead of your fruit servings. Note that many “vegetables” are actually fruits anyway – for example, tomatoes and the entire squash family.
