RubytwoshoesMemberHi Vicki610, I had the problem of gaining the 2nd week on this diet, I was told to cut back on some of the amounts of food, but not omitting anything.Then we went out of town for the weekend, and I still lost 1.5#. So don’t give up, just drink green tea, and be sure to drink 10 glasses of water/day! Good luck

eannemorrisMemberI’ve almost followed the diet for one week (not had all the ingredients) and the “belly fat” is definitely going down and I do feel fitter but haven’t lost any weight. I don’t really like water but do have really weak tea, drinking about 6 cups a day. Don’t know whether to carry on like this or force myself to drink water.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Eannemorries. It looks like you are losing fat, which is very light and is probably being traded for heavier muscle – thus the scale does not move, but your health is going up. Tea is great, especially if it is green, white, red, or herbal, and even better if it is loose-leaf with a teaball or strainer. You can drink that instead of water, absolutely!
