I had bypass 8 years ago and lost 11 stone. Now I want to lose the last 42 lbs. Cannot eat all this food. But feel better eating healthy food. Is it better to half everything or eat more protein and cut down on carbs? Can you lose weight by eating less amounts.
Hi, anniejay. Cutting back by a half of everything would be too little for you, certainly half of all starchy carbs would be fine.
