Hi,
What food recommendations do you have for someone who suffers gastritis?
Hi, bradleys. Hopefully you are being followed by a health care professional. General recommendations include avoiding caffeine and acidic, spicy, fatty/greasy/fried, and processed foods (the latter two are discouraged in this program in any event). If you are not taking antibiotics, and especially if you just finished a course, probiotic-rich foods are important – these include fermented legume and grain products (including soy, almond, rice, and coconut yogurts with live cultures), as well as some fermented vegetables.
