How do I find a quick way to eliminate grains and wheat options from my food choices on here? I am new to this program, but I need to follow the orders that I’ve been given. Please help. Having to go through all of those options during the meal planning phase is daunting and it’s upsetting me.
Hi, @Rock_bottom. If you select “Gluten-free” in your profile, that will get rid of a lot. For the rest, when anything you don’t want shows up on your menu, click on it and select the “remove” icon (a red crossed-out circle), and select a replacement from the pop-up list.
