I started on this program last week. I need help figuring out a fitness program. I’m not sure what to do as far as working out. I have a treadmill, an Elyptical and a weight bench. How long and often should I be working out to see results? For the past four weeks I’ve been getting up at 4:15am and jog 1 mile on the treadmill. Some days I switch it up and lift weights for 20 minutes instead. I feel like I’m not getting anywhere though. Please help with suggestions. Thanks a bunch.
