My friend and I are starting Monday March 31 I also going get my hubby to eat these foods also. Need some ADVICE AS A NEW COMER TO THIS TRIM DWON CLUB
Hi, Gammie, and welcome! Please do ease into the program. You definitely do not need to jump into the deep end head first. Gradually work your way through what you have at home, taking advantage of the healthier preparation methods, portion sizes, and timing, and then little by little replace your staples with upgrades, then try new foods a couple at a time. Go easy and make sure you like what you eat.
