I’m allergic to gluten, diary. I can’t choose a lot from the menu. What to do? Can somebody please help me
Most items in the Menu Planner can be gluten-free. SWG or anything that states 100% whole grain, for example – just choose a gluten-free grain. With dairy, note that there are many “vegan” dairy alternatives – these are OK for you. I don’t know what your reason is for avoiding dairy, but if it is lactose, there are many lactose-free products on the market that you can choose. The items listed in the planner are quite open-ended that way.
hi rausapar…i am the same as you but i am also allergic to eggs as well…so i dont know what to do either…love and light.
For allergies to eggs, try the vegan alternatives. If there is a specific egg-inclusive recipe here with which you would like guidance, please post here, and I would be happy to help.
