I have to do 2 wks of a Gluten-free, caseine-free diet and have no idea how to begin. Could someone point me in the right direction as to how to build a menu like that?
Gluten free is tough at first but becomes habit after a while. Try the chex cereals if you are a cereal person. Fruits and veggies are all g free. Many grocery stores have g free sections now.
