Trying to figure out what is best for gluten free cereal. Can you clarify the best options. Plain crispex or what not. I have been eating Annie’s cinnabunnies. Which have sorghum flour, rice flour, chickpea flour, tapioca syrup, sunflower oil, cinnamon, sea salt, cane sugar. 3/4 cup has 1 g protein and 9 grams of sugar. Any thoughts or recommendations. Right now I eat it dry and drink water 🙂
Hi, cmjejones1. Annie’s is generally a safe choice, though Cinnabunnies is rather high in sugar. If you can find something that is all whole ingredients (note that the Annie’s product has some white rice flour) and minimal-to-no added sugar, that would be best. Still, your choice is among the better ones, especially if you enjoy it.
