I would like basic plans and how many carbs, proteins, etc I really consume.
Hi, Jan-Jen. To get gluten-free plans, just check the box next to “Gluten-Free” when you enter the Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above). The application will walk you through the steps of selecting what foods you want in your plans, and when you click “Finish” at the bottom of the last tab, you will see your menu plans. To the right of them is an icon labeled “View Menu Exchanges” – click on that to see the exchanges.
For an estimate of your total carbs, proteins, and fats in grams are allotted to you, you can post here your height, weight, and weight goal (loss or maintainance), and I will get back to you.
