    Absolutely! There are many, many individual gluten-free foods in the Menu Planner application, and most of the recipes are gluten-free.

    I am just beginning this program and I have been gluten-free for 2 months now. Are there more bread options that would fit my diet?

    Nearly all the bread options will fit your diet – just choose the gluten-free version when you are in the store. Remember that 100% whole grain is not necessarily wheat!
