My wife recently joined the club and she is gluten intolerant . She has been buying the Udi’s gluten free bread but it has like 20 grams of carbs per slice. Is there some other bread she can buy that has less carbs?
Hi, pnsmass73. Yes, there are lower-carb options, including Food for Life with 16 grams of available carbs per slice (http://www.foodforlife.com/product/breads/sprouted-life-gluten-free-almond-bread), Canyon Bakehouse with 14 grams (https://canyonglutenfree.com/buy-gluten-free-bread-products/Gluten-Free-7-Grain-Sandwich-Bread.html), and Julian Bakery paleo bread with 1 net carb (http://www.julianbakery.com/paleo-bread/) – all of these are available at Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe’s, or online at Amazon.com.
