MemberIs this program suitable for this diet?
I am not familiar enough with this plan and would rather have one designed foe those with Celiac Disease.
Please answer

MemberDefinitely! As you go through the Menu Planner application, you will see many gluten-free options – not necessarily labeled as such, but if you are familiar with the diet, you will know, and if not, post here again. In addition, many items there are very “generic,” so you can definitely choose a gluten-free version.
Finally, note that most of the recipes in the Recipes collection (link above) are gluten-free, even if not labeled as such.
Again, if you have specific questions, please do post here.March 28, 2013 at 8:13 pm #10463hiurricane

MemberHi, hiurricane. By all means, do try to cut down the recipes – see a mini-guide here http://www.trimdownclub.com/reducing-the-size-of-recipes/.
