Is there a list of companies that use GMO grains? My son told me this morning that Kashi uses GMO’s, is this true??
Most corn and soy in non-organic products are GMO. The most reliable way to avoid GMOs is to buy organic. If you are asking about the brand Kashi, some of their products are non-GMO. http://www.kashi.com/nongmo
