What are acceptable substitutions for Goat Cheese? I do not like the taste of it.
Hi, Hilaryeden. It depends on the consistency of the goat cheese (as fat content goes up with hardness). In general, feta cheese is the most similar to the average goat cheese.
I am new to the program and I’m not a fan of goat cheese either.
