Does anyone have any examples of what some everyday “good fats” might be? Thanks I’m a newbie.
Hi, LeeGlorioso, and welcome! Our main Program Guide covers that and similar information, and may be quite helpful to you.
In the meantime, “good fats” include oils from olive (especially extra-virgin), almond , flax seed, chia seed, macadamia nut, hazelnut, mustard seed, high-oleic sunflower, high-oleic safflower, camelina, and perilla.
