I am looking for a good affordable scale that I can use to be more productive with these plans to loose weight. Please help me. Thanks.
Brylane has a talking scale that Max 550 lbs.
I use a Tanita digital scale that cost less than $25. It has a body fat % indicator that will give you another measurement of success. It is fairly accurate, but will at least indicate positive or negative trends. I much prefer to use body fat % as a guideline to BMI. Two people who are the same weight and height can have the same BMI even if one if flabby and one is muscular. That’s not much help.
