I know i read about some grains like amaranth, kamut, millet, quinoa. It described their flavor and benefits. Now I can’t find that anywhere. Also is seltzer water the same as tonic water or club soda. Also what sandwich meat can I eat what is natural chicken.
Hi, slimmenow22. Those grains are sold in health-oriented stores, including large chains. Where do you live? I can find you a source. Beyond that, they are widely available online, including through Amazon. I can send you links if you need, depending on your location.
Seltzer water is just carbonated water, similar to club soda. Tonic water contains quinine and usually sugar, which seltzer water does not.
You are on track about the meat – fresh is best for sandwiches. “Natural” is a prefix that means different things, depending on what country you are in. If you are referring to sandwich meat, it means that there are no artificial additives.
