Hi I am new to the diet club have spent the last 24 hours trying to source the food, I am trying to make the granola, but can’t get the wheat germ, and would appreciate it if someone can tell me the difference between regular and raw granola as I’m a little confused thanks
Hi, YvonneD. Regular granola has cooked components and/or is baked at a final processing stage, whereas raw granola uses dried, uncooked, unbaked ingredients. Wheat germ is generally available in the cereal section of shops, and if you don’t find it at a regular shop, try one that is health-oriented, such as Whole Foods Market (if you are in Canada, US, or UK).
