is grape seed oil better than olive oil
Not particularly. While grape seed oil has its benefits, it is high in omega-6 fatty acids, of which most people get too much (as well as other compounds resulting from processing that may be harmful). Olive oil provides more omega-9 fatty acids, which balance the fat ratios in the diet and body, and extra-virgin olive oil also provides important antioxidants.
For use of oil in cold foods such as salads, extra-virgin olive oil is recommended, whereas for cooking, the clear light version.
