I note from your notes and videos that corn fed animals add to our weight problems and that makes sense, but I have yet to find on the packaging where it tells me whether the animal has been grass fed or corn fed. How do I find out?
Hi, Catherine. If it is grass-fed, it will state that or that it is “pastured.” If nothing is noted, then it is corn-fed.
What about if the meat label says organic? Does that mean corn fed or grass fed?
Hi, Catherine. It could be either.
Thanks for this, very insightful and I don’t think most of us realise.
