. Or is there a substitute I can use. Please I also want to know what are these items. Amaranth kaput millet quinoa bok chop . Please let me know Freda
Amaranth, Quinoa and Millet are sort of like a rice/brown rice. I found them at the health food stores. They are smaller than rice when cooked. I llike quinoa and use it alot! Have you tried mixing brown and white rice to help you adjust? I know some people do 1/2 and 1/2. I found lots of info online about quinoa and millet.
Hi, Fredadacosta. We would rather you made your own gravy from scratch, if possible. Check out our recipes. As for the items you listed, amaranth, kamut, millet, and quinoa are all grain-type foods that are generally prepared and eaten like rice – you can read more about them from an online shop called Goodness Direct (http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk). Bok choy is a “green” that you can cook like spinach.
