    Are green beans a free veggie? I didn’t see them on the list; I could have missed them.

    Hi, ColorMeTigger. No, they are not a free vegetable. One cup (200 grams) raw is a vegetable exchange.

    Is there a section on the site that explains the difference between free veggies and other veggies?

    Yes – when you click on the “Vegetables” button in the Menu Planner (above the food lists), you will see two categories of vegetables, and the freebies are in the second one. Here is the link: http://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner/?v=1350386540v11.
