Tagged: nutrional needs
can anyone help me with this?:
When I click on the switch menu icon to adjust my menu to what I’m having that day, I often get a highlighted green “+” sign next to my nutritional needs, particularly for the snack 2. What does this mean??
I too would like to know….when it shows 1P+ does it mean at least 1P per meal? atc
The “+” means you have that many “floating” exchanges that can be used for any of the food groups there.
