Hi all,
As i’m reviewing the menus and recipes I see there are a LOT of things I don’t have. Without going the spending $300 and every little item, which who knows if I will even like some of these costly things, can anyone give me a good starter grocery list. Thanks so much
Hi, sweethd. I would recommend just shopping for just the items for a day or two of your menu, which you can repeat a few times. You can select the day range of your grocery list to display.
In general, good staples include fruits and vegetables of your choice, 100% whole grain bread, steel-cut or rolled oats, omega-3 eggs, low-fat yogurt, low-fat milk, cheese, turkey or chicken, potatoes, whole grain pasta and rice, whole wheat flour for baking, olive oil, and Stevia/erythritol sweetener.
