I haven’t been able to find a guide to the best grouping of foods to maximize lower calorie intake. For instance breakfast, pancakes fruit and juice, what would be a better grouping? I saw in your addvertisment that you recommend tweaking your meal combinations.
How long have you been a part of the program. I have been following the menus which I printed out and find this is a perfect way to learn the groupings. I weigh and measure and now feel that it is working for me.
