sabrohammMemberIs it detrimental to eat less than the menu calls for.?

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Carlosvanity. You can drop it down to 3/4, no problem. Just be sure to get in at least 5 total servings of fruits/vegetables and 3 total servings of calcium-rich foods/beverages each day.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, sabrohamm. It can be detrimental if you end up eating much too little, as you not only won’t meet your nutritional needs, but it may slow your metabolism down and risk later binging.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, cbbpp211. You can have seeds instead of nuts, and if that isn’t what you’re looking for, try cheese or avocado.
Regarding a missed meal, that’s fine if you don’t bulk up late in the day, unless you plan to work out afterwards.August 16, 2015 at 12:38 pm #30854
songbirdMemberWhen you say avocado – how much avo for how many nuts. I love avocado and really miss them. Where do they come on the diet
