    Have been on program since February, have gone from 221 lbs. to 192 lbs. hasn’t been easy, I dislike eating fish, rice, etc. , but I’ve been able to do this without working out much. Have started walking, not that far but consistent. Weather in Dallas May prevent or slow me down a bit. I had a heart attack at young age of 50, and should have been eating this HEALTHY since, but being male, I was stubborn and ate what seemed to suit me……have changed am anxious to have lipid blood work in December to see results along with the Vascepa ( a modified derivative of fish oil, that is FDA approved) I’m taking religiously, along with other prescribed meds. My goal is to eliminate as many meds as possible without affecting myself negatively. Once again, the program you have really works well! Thank y’all!

    Hi, downtowndentista, and congratulations! That is such wonderful news 🙂
    Keep in mind that you don’t have to leave the house to get a workout – lots of stuff you can do in your home in front of the TV or YouTube.
