Hi there… don’t know what it’s becoming so hard to get started with the exercise. I used to be able to train on a discipline for years, then I’d take a break or change the work out and would do it for a long time. Over the years it has become harder and harder to get started. Probably it’s vicious circle but I get myself to start walking and/or jogging -something I really enjoy- and then stop for whatever reason (most common is that I start feeling really tired) and it would pass weeks before I bring myself to start all over again… how can I break this awful bringing-me-down vicious circle? I just started with the diet and I am happy and motivated but exercising it’s getting really hard. Help please!!

Hi, LoreAguilera. Try starting a new cycle with something to ease into – for example, exercises in front of the TV. Watch a show or movie you really like, so you lose track of the time. Do some leg lifts and toning exercises in bed to lull you to sleep (remember to shut your eyes and breathe!). You can also go walking with a friend, if that helps. Eventually, it will become a habit, and you can increase the time and intensity.
