Is it wrong to eat the same thing for more than one meal? Or, as long as it has the right proportion of fat, protein and carbs its considered a meal? Sometimes during a busy work day I will prepare a protein shake to drink on the go – it will consist of 1 fruit, protein powder (and sometimes nut butter) and milk. Is this satisfactory for a meal and can I have it for 2 meals in a day?
Thank you,
Karla
Hi, Karla. No, it’s fine to eat the same thing for more than one meal if it has the right proportion of nutrients.
As for the shake, if you can list the amounts of each ingredient you add (including the name of the powder), I can better do the calculations
