I have been eating more healthy for about a week now. The last two days I have had a raging headache that doesn’t respond to meds. I don’t know if it is a coincidence, not enough food, or what. I am definitely drinking enough water so I don’t know what to think.
Hi, perozzij. If you didn’t eat very healthy before, It may be that your body is going through a detox, and it may go away. It is good you are drinking plenty of water.
Another possibility is a reaction to a new food, if that is relevant. Or if you have been tense or sleep-deprived, your muscles may be causing the headache.
If it persists, I would definitely suggest seeing a health care professional.
