    For my first day, snack #1 says Health Bar. I’ve tried searching on the site, but I can’t find anything that tells me what health bars I can have. Any suggestions?

    Hi, Amy. Health bars are snack bars made with the types of ingredients we encourage in this program – whole foods, without overly processed and artificial additives. An example of a good ingredients list would be something like –
    *Almonds, *PureĀ® Ancient Grains Blend (*Quinoa, *Brown Rice, *Amaranth, *Flax Seed, *Hemp Seed), *Tapioca Syrup, *Peanuts,*Walnuts, *Brown Rice Protein, *Agave Nectar, *Cane Sugar, *Cashew Butter, *Apples, *Blueberries, *Cranberries, * Apple Juice Concentrate, Sea Salt, *Raspberries, *Lemon Juice Concentrate, *Natural Flavor, *Sunflower Oil.
    (*Certified Organic)
    or
    Mixed nuts (peanuts, almonds, brazil nuts, walnuts), honey, dried fruit (sultanas, dates, raisins), non GMO glucose, crisp rice, apricots, apple juice, vegetable glycerine, flax seeds, soy lecithin, chicory root fiber, citrus pectin, natural apricot flavor.
