Sorry but I need to know if “Eat Natural” is a company I can use for health bars – I don’t understand the none refined sugar bit!
Hi, Sarah. “Eat Natural” bars are actually a bit more processed than we would recommend. Note that the coating has isolated components of food – oil, sugar (which is always refined unless specified as “whole” or as a food such as maple syrup or honey), whey (milk protein), and glucose syrup (a concentrated part of already refined sugar).
In contrast, see the ingredients list of a whole food bar such as Lara Bar: DATES, ALMONDS, UNSWEETENED APPLES, WALNUTS, RAISINS, CINNAMON
Hi,I looked at larabars but the shipping was rather expensive if I don’t like them. I was wondering if there were any brands I could buy over the counter in the UK
Hi, Sarah. Nakd bars are the UK equivalent https://www.naturalbalancefoods.co.uk/nakd-fruit-and-nut-bars/nakd-cocoa-orange-bar/.
