    I went for my annual exam on Monday, and received my test rrsults in the mail today. Apparently my Random Insulin level was elevated and my doctor wants to put me on Metformin to help lower my insulin level. She also told me the elevated level could be affecting my ability to successfully lose weight. So my question is will the Trim Club meal plan even be useful since my insulin is out whack right now?
