I was interested in the flours mentioned and would like to use a combination of different flour mixes for baking cakes, breads and pies so they are gluten free, low carb and I was wondering what people are using for sweetening the recipes.
Hi, Mommaluvsu. For low-carb recipes, we recommend natural options such as Stevia, erythritol, or blends of the two. Inulin blends such as Just Like Sugar are also good.
Thank you very much.
Hi, can I use Wholemeal spelt flour for making savoury wraps as its hard to get spelt bread. I use 1 egg and almond or oat milk? Also good as a pancake too. Is this Ok?
Thanks
Jo (from Uk)
Hi, Jojo. That’s excellent! Try to get a high-qualityt eggg, e.g. omega-3 or pastured.
