    What does it mean when a recipe calls for “Raw Milk” or “Raw Cheese”?

    Hi, dvdthmpsn4. It refers to milk and products from milk that is not pasteurized or homogenized. You can read more about this here http://www.trimdownclub.com/all-about-raw-milk/. Organic grass-fed dairy is great, too.
