instead of having a set menu can someone send me something that tells me how many oz. protein and fruit or whatever per meal instead of what to eat.
That is the beauty of this TDC, we don’t have to count them,
use the exchange food (grey cirles) to the right and exchange until you find the food that you like. I have not long started but it becomes easier than counting calories and counting protein etc. I am usually a fussy food eater but I am finding options that I like
The first time I started the menu planner every day was the same. Then I went back and chose to
not have the same menu everyday, in the check box before it is completed and that made a difference. Now have variety.
