i started my change of life 3 days ago,i am all confused.what fruit can i eat , can i have unsalted sunflowers seeds as a snack,help i’m almost 70 and i have over 1/2 my weight to loose help ,i’m 4ft 11in,i weight almost 300 ,i am in a scooter cause i cant walk.i’m also on a very fixed income,,help
Hi, sallem41948. All fresh fruits are fine, as are unsalted seeds and nuts as snacks. Your menu here through the Menu Planner application can be your best guide as to portions and spacing of meals. To find out what foods are best, click on the “My Food Choices” icon (apple) in the toolbar above your menu, and take a look at the foods listed in the lighter blue shades.
With regard to keeping a budget, don’t worry about using any fancy foods – just try to stick to relatively unprocessed, unrefined whole foods (such as those you can buy in bulk).
