can’t get through to support. Always says code is wrong. I have put in just the letters, letters & numbers, spaces, everything. What is the trick to putting in the code. It says to type in letters. There is usually letters and numbers in the code. Also some are darker than others. Does this make a difference. If so how do you make letters darker. Please someone help me.
