MemberSoooo …. menu says, for example, 5oz. Cod. No problem if you just want to steam it up. Or…..can you lookin the recipe section and choose a “cod” recipe?

MemberHi just finished week 2 followed menu rigidly as I did in week 1. Lost 3lbs in week 1 gained 2 in 2nd week! How can this happen? Any explanation to stop me getting very depressed please

MemberHi Sharon, no, not really. Need to lose some weight first, but was not expecting to gain weight. Find this diet takes a lot of prep and organisation not to mention cost. Happy to do all of this if it works!!

MemberHi, Skinnyscot. You don’t have to jump in head first and make many changes all at once – just work your way into it. Similarly, we recommend you do the same with exercise. If you lose weight without physical activity, you lose significant amounts of muscle along with the fat, and this hurts both your health and your ability to keep the weight off.
