MemberHi, Gloria. You can generate a food plan by selecting one of the routes here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner – there are instructions that will guide you through the process.
Topic tags are just terms that describe your post (such as “menu plan”).January 13, 2017 at 4:36 am #37415Phyllis0501

MemberIs there a place on the website where one can enter what was actually eaten during a day and then see the calorie/nutrition result?

MemberHi to all confused about the program – I suggest you download the main “Program Guide” and “Quick Start Guide” from “My Downloads” in the top right corner of each site page. They provide some very useful information about our basic principles.
Note that we don’t work with calories, but rather with meeting nutritional needs. You can see the exchanges (units) of food groups allotted to you at each meal and day by clicking on ‘Exchange mode” in the toolbar above any of your menus. The values of the exchanges are as follows:
1 carb exchange = 15 grams of carbohydrates + up to 3 grams of protein
1 protein exchange = 7 grams of protein + up to 5 grams of fat
1 fat exchange = 5 grams of fat
1 fruit exchange = 15 grams of carbohydrates
1 vegetable exchange = 5 grams of carbohydrates + up to 2 grams of protein
1 sweet exchange = up to 15 grams of carbohydrates + up to 5 grams of fat
1 free exchange = up to 5 grams of carbohydrates or up to 2 grams of protein or fatJanuary 17, 2017 at 12:41 am #37463woodznwater
MemberIm wondering the same. Who tells me what I am doing wrong in my journal of food intake? Heck, I could really be screwing up and not even know it. What is so different from this club than looking online at diets to follow??

MemberHi, Woodznwater. Our menus are tailored to your specific nutritional needs, and you have the option to also have them tailored to your specific tastes (if you use the personal version, the right-most option here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/menu-planner).
If you would like me to look at your food log, I can do this as well. - AuthorPosts
