In my meal plan, it list home fries as a “side” during my dinner options. I have gone to the recipe tab but unfortunately there is no recipe how to make a healthy version of home fries. Anyone have ideas? Thanks.
Hi, hlockhart. Until a Clubmember chimes in with their own recipe, I’ll just note that healthy home fries are just cut up potatoes brushed or misted with olive oil, and baked (then broiled as a last step for extra crispiness). You can save time by microwaving them first, if you wish.
