    Hello people, just getting started…can someone please tell me that making your own granary bread in a machine is not off limits, is it classed as Sprouted Whole Grain…new term to me….lol…

    If you use high-quality whole-grain flour, making your own bread is a great way to avoid unnecessary chemicals. Sprouted whole grain refers to a type of flour (see related article here). These flours can be ordered online.
